I am planning to visit my wife in china who is working there. If i find a job while visiting her, can my s type be converted to a z type?

Hamid, it's possible to convert the S type to a Z type within mainland China. However, whether you will get it remains unkown. The requirements in different cities are different. I would suggest you find an employer with the help of your wife, and then apply for the Z typ directly from your country.
