About:Guangzhou Metro Line 3

hello. i would like to ask regarding the card that we can buy for guangzhou subway.

what is the name of the card?
where can we get it from the airport?
can we share the card? let say if im travelling with my partner for a short vacation, can we share the same card?

The card is called Yang Cheng Tong, which can be used on subway lines and public buses. At the Customer Service Center of Airport South metro station, you can buy the card.

The card can be share to take buses, but it cannot be shared on subway ride. So you’d better buy two cards.

CNY30, including a deposit of CNY20 and a smallest stored value of CNY10. You can store more accordingly. BTW, you can refund the card to get the deposit and left stored value back at the service centers.
