About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

British Citizen with UK passport, wish to have a holiday in HK and a visit to mainland China.

Can I obtain a visit visa quickly while in HK?

Dave, if you don't have HK residence status, it's not easy to get the mainland entry permit from there nowadays. For the worst situation, you may not get it from HK. Therefore, you are suggested to apply from the country where you are in now.
