About:Chinese Embassy in Maldives

Can my new employer send my work visa documents directly to the Chinese embassy in Male?

I am a teacher, currently working in Male, but going to work in China next school year, August 2015.

No, your employer should send those documents to you and you take all necessary documents to the consular office to submit the application.
