for foreigner who wants to go to china for holiday, how do i go about getting a visa?

I currently studying in ukraine. I asked an agent to help me but she says i can only apply if i have real estate in ukraine. But i am student and foreigner, how can i own real estate here?She says because i dont have real estate, its imposible to apply here and i have to travel home to get one. Is that true, if so, is there another way for foriener to apply without owning real estate in ukraine? And do the contact details provided work, i have been trying to contact embassy in kieve but do not get a respnse.

Hi, based on my knowledge, you don't need to prove that you own real estate in Ukraine when applying for the Chinese entry permit. You just need to show some documents that can verify you are residing in this country, for example, you can show your student card or residence permit.
