About:Visa Policy of China

international-international transit diferrent terminal. do i also need visa?

hi all, arrived PEK 01.15 from KUL with airasia (terminal 2)
connect to VVO 04.45 in terminal 3
due to winter, have checked baggage. what to you think?

Abeng, you are qualified for 24 hours free transit. So you needn't apply for any entry permit. However, you should have the onward air ticket to VVO in your hands.

thanks. does the spare time enough? i need to change terminal by midnight and I supposed I also need to get out which need the visa as well?

As I said, you needn't apply for the entry permit. Usually, passengers should leave 3 hours for their transit in case of anything emergent. You already booked your onward air ticket, right? Then you just need to hurry up for catching your flight after landing.
