Till what time shopping can be done on nanjing street in Shanghai

Secondly from where can I get golf set

Well, as I know, most stores on this street close around 22:00.
Perhaps there is no Golf Shop nearby Nanjing Road. You can go to Celebrity Golf Club. It's located at 2nd Floor of Fenglan Business Hotel, No.58, Yanping Road, Jingan District. This place sells some golf products.
