First, please book round-trip tickets and hotels. Then prepare your passport, a copy of the passport's data page, a filled-out application form with your recent photo stuck on it, the original and photocopy of your Spanish residence permit, and the hotel and transportation ticktes orders. Next, go to the CVASC in Madrid and submit the application.

Is it possible to this in Barcelona or in Madrid by post, or do I need to physically go to Madrid?
