About:China Work Visa

how I can apply and get the work permit? pleasd guide me.

I am muhammad shahbaz from pakistan.I have already worked in south korea as a labour contract. I did work in south korea in 2 different types companies like, plastic molding and spare parts of car manufacturing industry.but now I want to job in hong kong in manufacturing industry.

Hi Muhammad! To begin with, you should find an employer in Hong Kong. Only after that can you apply for the HK work permit. Prepare the relevant documents and ask your employer to submit the application for you :
1. Application for Entry for Employment as Imported Workers (ID 1001A)
2. Recent photograph (affixed on page 1 of the application form ID 1001A)
3. Photocopy of your passport
4. Photocopy of proof of academic qualifications and relevant working experience
5. Photocopy of proof your medical report

Of course, your boss should submit some documents too, including: application form ID 1001B, four original copies of the standard employment contract (LD 294) signed between the two parties, photocopy of the approval-in-principle letter issued by the Labour Department.
