5 Days itinerary in Yunnan

Hi, can you please advise if the below itinerary is possible?

Day 1: Arrive in Kunming.. visit stone forest.. take the night train to Lijiang
Day 2: Arrive in Lijiang.. visit Lagu lake then Lijiang old town.. overnight in Lijiang
Day 3: Leave for Tiger leaping and Jade Dragon Mountain.. overnight in Shangri-la
Day 4: Meili Mountain.. overnight in Shangri-la
Day 5: Shangri-la to Kunming by bus

For day 3, is it possible to do both Tiger leaping and Jade Dragon Mountain?
If not please provide other possible itinerary.
