You should submit the application to the CVASC branch in New Delhi in person or by someone else. The center does not offer mail services.

So you should submit your valid passport, a photocopy of the passport's data page, a filled application form attached with your recently-taken color bare-headed photo, and invitation letter from your trade partner in China, and a personal statement or a introduction to your company. Then go to the CVASC to submit these documents.
