can i get transit visa? I am from India.

I am Indian passport holder and will go to New york from Kolkata via China by China Eastern airways and I have USA entry permit. my connecting Flight layover time is 30 Hours. My Flight is schedule of KOLKATA-KUNMMING -SHANGHAI-NEW YORK.

Diganta, may I know when will you arrive in Kunmming? It's possible that you can make use of the 24-hour free transit policy. However, if you are not eligible for the free transit facility, then you have to get a transit entry permit from the CVASC in India.
