Elina, if you are holding the X2 type entry permit, then you can apply from China. The application should be submitted via either the head office of China International Travel Service in Beijing or the Exit and Entry Personnel Service Center of Beijing Foreign Affairs Office.

Thank you for your information. But I have X1 , for 180 days. Will I still be able to apply? Also just as a curiosity, is it possible to obtain one to Indonesia as well? Thank you.
