About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 hr permit? Can I use the 72 hour visa?

My route is from Bulgaria through Moscow to Hong Kong ,stay there for 4 days and flight to Shanghai for 3 days and back to Bulgaria through Moscow.
