About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

Can I extend my stay by going to Hongkong and go back into mainland within the same day?

I am a Singaporean and I need to stay for 3weeks. Can I go into on 24 May then go Hong Kong on 6 Jun and back on 6 Jun and leave on 12 Jun?
