Can Indian Citizen get Visa to visit mainland China for tourism?

we are 4 couple want to go to china. all the male members served as doctors in indian army. we want to go as tourists for 7 to 10 days. is there state tourism who shall help us with this Dr N K Hazra, Pokhara, Nepal

Niranjan, you can apply for the tourist L type at the CVASC center in India. As for Dr. N K Hazra, he can apply from India too if he has valid residence permit in India.
