About:China Family Reunion Visa

q1 visa or resident permit

dears I'm currently in china now on m type. i also married to a Chinese citizen (my wife).
is it possible to get q1 type without leaving or is there any way to stay longer than my current M type? My M type will expire around 2 weeks later.

Pa Yang, you need visit local enry and exit management bureau and the officers there can tell whether you should leave or not. Since you just hold a M type, I think you will be required to apply in your country.
