About:China Visa on Arrival

Iam from albania and i have chinese visa do i need another visa to go to macau?

You needn't because you enjoy 90 days free stay there. However, you should be careful that you might be refused to enter if you don't have a return entry permit (if you want to go back to mainland) or an air ticket from Macau to other country. This happened to a Turkish before.
