About:How to Apply for a China Visa

marriage certificate

Hi, I'm working in China, my wife stays with me on a long M visa. Which documents I have to provide to PSB to make her a family type and can Chinese embassy in Montenegro attest the marriage certificate in English? (All stamps already there - ministry of justice and ministry of foreign affairs)
Thank you.

You can help your wife to acquire the S1 type, which enables her to stay for long. In order to get this, she might be required to go back to your country to apply because currently she just holds a M type.

In order to apply for the S1, your invitation letter and copies of your passport information page and resident permit are required. Of course, your marriage certificate is a must. You know, marriage certificate is required when she changes her S1 into resident permit. And it has to be authenticated by your Ministry of Foreign Affairs and then attested by Chinese embassy in your country.
