About:China Visa Exemption

Do i need to fly out of china to get a tourist visa and then re enter?

Hi i have been working here for almost a year. I finish in june and my residence permit runs out on the 30th june, but i want to travel around in july for a few weeks. What is the easiest option for me? Where and what do i need to do? Thanks

Brony, you can visit local entry and exit management bureau and ask if they can issue a L type to you without asking you to leave at least seven days before your current resident permit expires. If they insist that you should exit to apply, then you need follow their advice.
