Well, this is no free public transportation for you to choose.
You can take bus no. A21 at Airport (Ground Transportation Centre), and get off at Cameron Road, Nathan Road. The ticket fare is 33HKD per person. The duration is about an hour.
After arriving, walk northwest around Kowloon Park Drive around 660 yards. Then you will arrive at the ferry terminal.0
