How much would it cost for a taxi trip from Pudong Airport to Julu Road and how long would it take?

Hi, this is our first time in Shanghai.

Questions: Just wondering how much would it cost for a taxi trip from Pudong Airport to Julu Road? And how long is the journey roughly?

I know Julu Road is pretty big. The place we are staying at is around Jing'an People's Government and Zajituan. Thanks a lot! We don't know if we should take taxi or metro. Metro from Pudong Airport station to Nanjing Road West station is about 64 minutes according to SH Metro website.
