Is the Horse Man right for me? I am a female born the Year of the Dog.

I met an interesting man of the Horse sign this year, but I am unsure if he is right for me and if I should pursue the relationship. =S
Sometimes we have deep and/or amicable discussions, but other times I feel we don't see eye-to-eye on certain issues, and he will get irritated or frustrated easily. Sometimes I feel that maybe our personalities are incompatible. But I'm not sure!
Do you think this relationship might work, or should I move on and find someone else?
