About:China Visa Exemption

do i need visa? if yes then where should i apply?

i am indian nationality studying in spain and having 1year NIE residence card of spain. I will be in russia in july and i am planning to take trans siberian railway from moscow to beijing and from beijing flight to india. reply ASAP

Akash, if your layover time is China is not more than 24 hours, the transit permit is not required. If the layover time is longer, you should hold a transit permit. In case that you need it. the best place for you to apply is Spain. You should go to the CVASC in Madrid and submit the application.
