About:Chinese Crew, Resident and Journalist Visa

Apply for a J2 Visa on a British passport in the USA

I need to apply for a J2 for somebody who is based in the USA but has a British passport. Could I ask them to courier me the passport so I can apply on their behalf in the UK? They will be entering via another country but on departure back to the USA, will this cause confusion?

Vanessa, if they are now in the USA, they should apply for it from the USA rather than from UK. Otherwise, their applications may be turned down.
