Hello, I am a student in South Korea, and i am planning to visit China for tourism.

I wanted to know where should I apply for a visa for China? In the Embassy? Consulate? Travel Agency?

Pablo, you don't need to hire travel agencies to do this for you. There are four CVASC centers in South Korea, you can submit your application to the one which is nearest.
