I have a Chinese lady that appears to be jade how can I tell if it's real or synthetic

Pauline, it's difficult for us to figure out whether it is real or synthetic. I think you should visit some jewel shops and ask them to help you examine whether it is real or synthetic. At least, they are professionals.
