Well, as far as I know, the airport totally has 6 banks and 4 ATMs that can provide money exchange service. But I'm not sure whether you can exchange Rupee to CNY directly. For reference: Fudian Bank: 3rd Floor, west side of departure hall                    China Citic Bank: 3rd Floor, east side of departure hall                    Bank of Communications: underground 1st Floor, west side of arrival hall
