I am a Filipino citizen with green card planning to travel to the Phils. via Shanghai Pudong. I am not planning to leave airport.

Tes, Philippines isn't included in the 51 countries. So you are not qualified for 72 hours free transit. However, you still enjoy 24 hours free transit.
