About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

I am a Canadian citizen visiting Hong Kong, while there i want to visit China for a few days.

do i need a china visa?

Yes, you need to apply for a mainland entry permit. If you have not started this trip yet, it's suggested you apply for it in Canada rather than in HK. It's easier to get it from Canada.
