About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

HI i am an american citizen currently living in china my visa expires in 2 months.

but there is a school that wants to sponsor me a Z type, is it possible for me to send my passport along with the papers and my sister to apply for me in the USA and send me back my passport with Z type already in it?

Fronze, it's impossible to do so. What type is your current entry permit? If it's a Z type, you can renew your work permit and residence permit. If it's of other type, you can try to change it into the Z type at the exit & entry administration bureau.

Hey, as I said, you can try to change your M type into Z at local entry and exit mangement bureau. You know, different places have their own regulations. In some places, it's ok to apply without leaving. In some other places, the applicants are required to apply abroad.
