About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi. I am US amd Philippines Citizen visiting korea and would need to travel to china

I do not have ARC and I am currently in Seoul for business meetings but need to travel to PRC next week.

I had 3 chinese visas before but was expired and was stamp in old us passport. Is it possible to apply here in Seoul?

Marvin, it seems that if you apply through agencies then the ARC card is not required. So you had better confirm this with the embassy and see if you can apply without the ARC card. If they say you cannot do so, you may turn to an agency for help.
