i am reaching chengdu at 8:50 am on 11th may 2015.

I am from India. I am landing at Shuangliu Airport from Mumbai on 11th may morning at 8:50. I have to get back to the airport to catch a flight at 5 pm to Guangzhou on the same day. How is the best possible way to see the panda base given this situation. What time should I leave the Panda base.I like the idea to taking shuttle bus to Minshan Hotel and then take a cab to the Panda base.Please suggest.

Hi, it is fine to take the shuttle bus line 1 to Minshan Hotel first in around 40min. Then the taxi ride to the Panda Base takes around 20min and costs CNY40 or around. To catch your onward flight, you'd better get to the airport around 2h in advance. I'd suggest you take a taxi from the base directly to the airport ina round 50min, so you should leave 13:30-14:00.
