I am reaching Chengdu at 8:50 am on 11th may 2015. How long will it take from airport to Panda Base?

I am from India. I am landing at Shuangliu Airport from Mumbai on 11th may morning at 8:50. I have to get back to the airport to catch a flight at 5 pm to Guangzhou on the same day. How is the best possible way to see the panda base given this situation. What time should I leave the Panda base.

I like the idea to taking shuttle bus to Minshan Hotel and then take a cab to the Panda base.

Please suggest.
