We would like to travel by bullet from Eaton Hotel Hong Kong to Beijing is this possible?

There is no direct one available. But you can go to Guangzhou by rail (or go t Shenzhen by metro) first. The Hung Hom is not very far from your hotel. You can then take the bullet to BJ from GZ or Shenzhen.
