Best time to enjoy Shangrila

What's the best time to visit, the most beautiful season there and how is the temperature like?

Hi, it is best to visit during May and October considering the weather condition and secenery. Generally, the temp would range from 50F to 68F, pleasant for visit. For the best scenery, I would recommend July and Aug.
