About:Chinese Embassy in U.S.A.

visa to china from u.s.to south korea

I want to send my father an entry permit to PRC. now he resides in south Korea. he is citizen of the u.s. can I get all his legal documents and apply? Can I apply here in the u.s for him?

Sanghee, since you father is not in the US now, you cannot apply from the US for him. He has to do the application in South Korea because he is there currently.
