How to get to Ruins of st paul from Venetian?

Is there any free shuttle bus? or which bus line i should take?

Well, there is no direct free shuttle bus that can take you to the scenic spot.
You can take public bus no.26A to Avenida de Almeida Ribeiro Station. Then walk north around 540 yards.
