About:Harbin Travel

I'm fr indonesia, I will visit harbin 27 dec 2015, with 5 years kid, can.I travel without tour guide

And can my kid survive with that cold weather ?

About the weather, the average temperature in December is -5.8F to 8.6F. I'm afraid it's too cold for 5 years old kid, especially when the kid is used to hot weather.
