In Shanghai, the general temp in the first two weeks in June would be around 77F. It's not very hot yet. The weather would mainly be cloudy or rainy. While in Beijing, the average temp would be about 73F. It would be sunny or cloudy for most of the days. Smoetimes there would be showers also. For cities along Yangzte River, the temp wouldn't have much difference with Shanghai. In a word, it won't be too hot at that time. So just go and enjoy your journey.
