Well, there is no direct long-distance bus at the airport that can take you to Changshu directly.
Upon landing, you can take subway line 10 to Hongqiao Road Station. Then transfer to line 3 to South Railway Station, Exit 1. Then walk east around 620 yards and arrive at South Bus Station.
Then you will find many long-distance buses that can take you to the destination. The schedules are from 06:35 to 19:43 with the ticket fare of CNY 42 per person.0

This info is incorrect. There is a bus directly outside arrivals. Goes to Changshu. There is no direct bus from Pudong.0

Yes, you are right. The long-distance buses depart from Hongqiao Transportation Hub. The schedules are 10:00, 11:45, 13:00, 14:30, 15:45, 17:45 and 19:30. The ticket fare is CNY 65 per person.0
