About:China Visa on Arrival

is there anyway i can get visa at 7am?

I want to go SZ on may 1
But i need to go quite early like 7am but the office are closed
lowu or hwanggang dont Matter
is there a way?

The port which opens earliest in the morning is Fuyong port. It opens at 8:30 am.
