i want chinese visa for buying for my new hotel, before no buying from china

I want to visa visit china with my architect and marketing manager for the selection of my newly constructed hotel's furniture, bathroom and floor tile and sanitary fittings. Now chinese embassy in pakistan for government from me,which i cannot provide becassue before i have no buying from china. Then how i can get china entry permit.
