Im Malaysian, working at singapore.

On Oct 2015 be travel to shanghai. But i will take flight in Malaysia. How much amount i be charge if i apply the visa in singapore? The way i travel from jb to singpore. I cant leave my passport at china embassy. Any suggestion? Application must be take one to two working days? Im holding S pass and my friends holding work permit.
