My husband has a green card, and I have a us passport. When I apply a visa for my daughter , should both of parents present at the time of applying? Or Can we apply it thought an agent?

Hi Christine, it's not required that both parents should be present at the consulate during the application process. You can do the application either by yourself or through an agent.
