About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

Residence Permit to take care of grandparents.

hi, i'm of chinese descent in my 30s. i wish to stay in china for extended period (min 1 year) to take care of my grandparents in their 80s, also visit family members. how likely would i be considered using this "residence permit"?

If you can apply for family Q1 type from the CVASC in your country, you can get the Chinese residence permit at the local PSB after your entry.
