how is the taxi situation now (april 2015) at the longyang metro station?

For a long time there hasn't been a formal taxi stand at the Longyang Maglev station in Shanghai, resulting in many scam taxi drivers around the station.Is there any update about this situation?

Now there are official taxi stands near the Longyang Road Station and the communications system carried out measurements to combat the scam situations since late 2013. I just heard it is better than before, but sometimes you can still meet the scams. Just be careful.
