About:Li River

You mentioned about taking a bus from Yangshou to Guilin.

But I want to know if there is cruise or raft in the direction of XingPing to GL? Or can I hire an independent raft?

I'm afraid neither cruise nor raft operates from Xingping to GL. You can take a bus from GL to Xingping and hire a raft to Yangdi. Or get the raft trip for the back trip, because there are more scenery for sightseeing on the route from Yangdi to Xingping.
