can i apply visa on arrival on the specific port that was mention in this website?

hi, im indonesian, i only want to visit shenzhen for a day, no stay over, can i apply visa on arrival on the port that this website mention? luo hu, huanggang, shekou.
i read the requirement that i need to provide the previous china visa that have been approved before and photo requirement. is this 2 requierement already okay?

Hi, I'm sorry but according to the most recent feedback, Indonesian passports are mostly rejected even they have China visas before, so it is more recommended to obtain a Chinese visa to travel to China.
