Apply for HongKong and Macao 's tourist visa

Do I need to apply for Hongkong and Macao 's tourist entry permit if I am Australian permanent resident who is having vietnamese passport?

Yes, you still need to apply two separate entry permits for HK and Macau. I think you can apply directly from Chinese embassy or consulate in Australia. And I think you should apply at least one month ahead of your trip. You know, if your application is sent to be dealt with by HK Immigration Department, it will take for to six weeks.
