About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

My employer in China just completed the paperwork to apply for a "Z" visa.

However, my passport has no blank pages left (except the very last one, on which is text). As I probably won't get my entry permit sticker now, can I use my new passport (with a new passport number) to apply for the "Z" type or will my employer have to start the paperwork all over again?

Martin, your employer just helped you acquire the work permit. There is no passport number on that paper. So you can still use your new passport to apply. However, you'd better provide your old passport when you submit your application.
